Long Magazine

All according to type of staples, the staple passage has a content of 300 up to 500 staples (3 to 4 rows). the conveyance of staples is made by means of a spring-activated sliding box. Stapling and loading direction according to your wish.

Top and Sideloader
The capacity of the magazine is up to 5,000 staples. Precious time in connection with loading of staples has thus been eliminated. The rows of staples are automatically positioned in the feed and conveyed to the nose section. The application, type and length of the fixing component abd the psitioning direction is depending on the construction of the main machine and specific requirements.
   

Changeover Cassettes

At this model, the magazine can be removed from the stapler and loaded outside the stapling tool. This makes a quick loading of fixing components possible.



Loading station

At this loading system, the stapling head is seperated during the working process from the fixed mounted loading station. After finishing, the robot nail/staple toool is docked to the station and provided automatically with the fixing components necessary for the following working procedure. The station has a loading capacity up to 20,000 staples or more, all according to type.
