Tool servicing

BeA pneumatic tools come with a standard warranty of 90 days, subject to normal use. Normal use assumes that the tool is operated only in accordance with the instructions and is  lubricated 
correctly. We also recommend that you only use BeA originated fasteners.

For the large user, we have a country-wide network of Mobile Service Engineers offering planned maintenance programmes and emergency call-out facilities. This service is unique to BeA in terms
of the scope and breadth of its coverage.

At your convenience, we have a National Service Centre dedicated to the fast turnaround of tool repairs. We offer our customers a 72 hour turnaround from receipt of the tool.

To take advantage of this value for money service, simply package up the tool/(s) and send to:

Please include your name, return address and daytime phone number. It would help us if you could also describe the nature of the fault.

We will perform a full service of the tool/(s) as standard and return to you within 72 hours of receipt. We will pay the return postage.
