Education and careers at BeA

We are growing - grow with us!

“We hit the nail on the head” - that is a common saying among our employees and an expression of individual responsibility and self motivation. Our employees appreciate the short decision making paths and the flat hierarchies in the company. Many of our employees have worked for BeA for many years, some for three or even four decades.

We pay particular attention to the area of training in our personnel policy. We have been training people for decades and have been awarded many times by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Lübeck for our high quality education.

Clever minds and a willing attitude are required in our company. Whether in the production of our tools, in logistics or in purchasing and sales. We continuously train young professionals. Apprenticeships start on the 1st of September of each year. Ideally, apply for an apprenticeship for the following year on the 1st of December.

Our customers expect sound industry knowledge. If you have a professional background and ideally have expertise and know how in the industries of our customers, then we look forward to receiving your application. Current job offers can be found on this page.
