You have to seize opportunities when they present themselves. And even more so if they fit perfectly into your own strategy. A competitive partnership with the Spanish company Corgrap resulted in a strong unit at the end of June, making BeA Spain the largest provider in the local market.

With the acquisition of Corgrap, we as a group have taken a major step towards future viability. We will utilise the combined many years of experience and expertise of the two companies for the targeted processing of the greatly expanded customer base. Both companies will benefit significantly from this.
Our esteemed colleague Ferran Brunet will take over the merger of the two companies as the future Managing Director. He will be assisted by Joaquim Sesé. He is the nephew of the former owner of Corgrap and, as an experienced manager, has played a key role in the company’s success in recent years. We greatly appreciate the fact that he has decided to remain with the company in the new constellation.
We look forward to the new possibilities and opportunities that the takeover will open up for us as the BeA Group.
